Airfy Inc., 201 W. 5th Street, 16th Floor, Austin, TX 78701(“Airfy”, “we”, “us”) operates the website airfy.com and the Airfy platform (app.airfy.com).

For European operations: AirZen Networks Lda., Avenida Arriaga 30 / 1A, 9000-064 Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: Name, email address, company name when you sign up.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, access times, IP address.
• Device data: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution.
• Network data: WiFi node telemetry, client connection data, RF metrics (only for platform users).
• Payment data: Processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.

• Provide and operate the Airfy platform
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, security alerts)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

European customer data is stored in EU data centers (Frankfurt, Germany). US customer data is stored in US data centers. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

• Hetzner: Server hosting (EU)
• Google Workspace: Email communication

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days. Network telemetry data is retained for 90 days for operational purposes.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
